Job Title: Clinical Profile Coordinator

This is a dynamic and administrative role within the healthcare recruitment sector.

The primary focus of this position is to prepare submission-ready profiles for clinicians, ensuring timely and compliant submissions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Formatting clinician resumes according to client standards with precision and attention to detail.
  • Efficiently gathering and collecting professional references, skills checklists, and credential documents.
  • Verifying and organizing all required data meticulously to ensure seamless profile preparation.
  • Communicating proactively with Talent Advisors and Clinicians to ensure timely submission of profiles.

As a Clinical Profile Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an administrative or document processing role.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or healthcare administration is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational skills, efficient file management, and a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Strong customer-first mindset, effective collaboration with internal teams, and ability to manage high-task volumes consistently.
  • Familiarity with credentialing processes or experience in healthcare staffing is preferred.
