Workforce Optimization Specialist

Job Description:
  • Utilize real-time monitoring and workforce management techniques to optimize resource allocation and achieve service level goals.
  • Analyze current performance trends and conduct re-forecasting to inform staffing plans and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain open communication with cross-functional teams to coordinate necessary adjustments and drive business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain accurate call volume forecasts to support informed decision-making.
  • Design and implement effective staffing schedules, leveraging data to optimize resource utilization.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide timely performance reports to leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in BPO operations or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in Workforce Management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets to analyze and present data insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Detailed-oriented approach to ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
