About the OpportunityWe are looking for a seasoned Contact Center Strategist to join our Market and Client Research & Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as identifying key client segments and developing tailored strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Client Segmentation:
- Identify key client segments and develop tailored strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement client segmentation and profiling strategies.
- Conduct in-depth client analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and service diversification.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes.
