About the Role

The ideal candidate for this position will be a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Professional with experience in U.S. accounting practices. The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of international business environments, specifically with entities and banking in places like Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all general bookkeeping duties, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate monthly management reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR), including payment processing.
  • Maintain internal budget tracking and assist in financial forecasting.
  • Prepare and organize all documentation required for tax filings and CPA handoff.
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and proper coding of transactions.
  • Support global banking workflows, including an understanding of U.S. and Asian (e.g., Hong Kong) banking systems.
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of professional finance experience.
  • Solid understanding of U.S.-based accounting practices and international business operations.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar cloud-based accounting software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable in a remote work environment.
