About the Role- Lead growth initiatives that attract top founders in Southeast Asia.
- Develop and scale ideas that traditional venture capital firms might overlook but are valuable for founders.
The goal is to experiment with 20 initiatives, identify the 5 most successful, and build teams around them. You will report directly to a senior executive.
Responsibilities- Create initiatives with little limitation on format or scope.
- Grow initiatives post-launch by expanding and improving them.
- Scale successful initiatives by iterating and building teams.
- Discontinue initiatives that do not show growth with clear rationale.
You have startup experience, either as a founder or in early-stage growth roles. You are a versatile generalist capable of strategic planning and execution. You operate at multiple levels from strategy to daily tasks and possess strong communication skills.
- Strong data-driven approach using evidence to guide decisions and measure success.
- Resourceful with ability to make the most of available tools and networks.
- Self-directed with ownership and work independently.
- Comfortable with ambiguity thriving in undefined and evolving environments.
- Curious and experimental embracing testing, learning, and pivoting.
- Prior work at or founding an early-stage startup.
