About the Role

Six Eleven Global Services and Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Sales Director to lead our US Insurance carrier lead generation efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of Project Managers, QA, Team Leads, and Assistant Team Leads, setting targets and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives while meeting performance goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and refine the outbound lead generation strategy to align with overall sales quality and performance and weekly business goals.
  • Team Performance: Lead a high-performing team of PMs, TLs, QA, and ATLs focused on outbound lead generation goals.
