Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Interactions Expert to join our team. This role involves delivering engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to the needs of our clients.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of work experience in related field
  • Training delivery experience is an advantage
  • Experience developing instructional materials
  • Experience creating static and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Edge Animate, etc.)
  • Experience developing instructional media with at least one e-learning authoring tool (Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline are preferred)
  • Solid grasp of visual design principles
  • Familiarity with levels of e-learning development/interaction, Bloom's Taxonomy of Learning Domains, the ADDIE model of instructional design, Gagne's 9 Events of Instruction, and Mayer's 12 Principles of Multimedia Learning
