Job Title: Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysis
    • Identify client needs and resource availability/limitations as well as target learner profile
    • Gather information and course elements from stakeholders, subject matter experts, research institutions, and other sources
    • Analyze content and identify primary and secondary learning objectives
  • Design
    • Create branded templates for content: decks, onepagers, simulators
    • Develop design elements fit for project requirements
    • Generate ideas on activities, gamification, story-telling, and assessment
    • Select optimum design and development process considering available resources and deadlines
    • Design storyboards in collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Development
    • Develop according to agreed development process (ADDIE, SAM)
    • Develop content elements such as images, videos, audio using multimedia tools
    • Develop scenarios and associated stories and dialogue scripts
    • Create or assemble e-Learning content using software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline
    • Apply gamification and scenario-based learning in materials
    • Ensure contents are peer reviewed and approved before presenting to stakeholders
    • Administer functions of the Training Management System (TMS) such as course creation, uploading content, creating assessments, and setting up course restrictions
  • Project Management
    • Collaborate with stakeholders in all stages of the project, ensuring proper and timely communication
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
    • Ensure tasks and project deliverables are executed and submitted on agreed schedule
    • Report utilization of materials within project timelines
    • Secure project acceptance and closure
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in related fields preferred
    • 4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a call center environment
    • Training needs analysis, methods, and procedures
    • Process mapping and visual display design principles
    • Excellent written and communications skills mandatory
    • Proficiency with various software application programs including MS Office
    • Prior customer service or call center environment experience
