Job Opportunity: Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Learning Experience Designer to join our team. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing learner-centered training programs that cater to the needs of diverse learners.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent instructional design skills, with experience in creating engaging and effective learning experiences. They should have a solid understanding of adult learning principles, as well as the ability to analyze learning needs and develop tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop learner-centered training programs that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze learning needs and develop targeted solutions to address skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that training content is accurate and relevant.
  • Develop assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Evaluate training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or closely related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and learning experience.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
