Create engaging learning experiences that meet the evolving needs of our learners. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop high-quality course content, leveraging adult learning methodologies and eLearning authoring tools.

  • Analyze learning objectives and develop training programs that drive measurable results.
  • Design and develop interactive learning modules, including graphics, scenarios, job aids, simulations, and audio scripts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in instructional design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of developing innovative learning solutions that achieve tangible results.
  • Expertise in eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
