We are seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux troubleshooting, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving complex issues, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will also contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and maintain existing ones to ensure shared knowledge is available to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support through telephone, email, and web-based channels

Requirements
  • Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or equivalent experience
