About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our digital and finance system solutions strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP systems, specifically Oracle Cloud ERP, and a proven track record in process optimization, systems integration, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership for systems architecture, overseeing ERP enhancements and workflow optimizations across multiple entities.
  • Develop and implement actionable plans to address existing inefficiencies and improve closing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, IT, and leadership to align solutions with business goals.
  • Design scalable, future-ready digital architectures aligned with group consolidation needs.
  • Conduct regular system health checks and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 8 years of experience in ERP systems implementation, digital transformation, or finance systems leadership.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly in Finance and Procurement modules.
  • Demonstrated success in process optimization, systems integration, and solution design.
