Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Digital and Finance System Solutions Lead to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing systems architecture leadership, overseeing ERP enhancements, fixing existing workflow and process inefficiencies, and leading the rollout of optimizations across our enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly in Finance and Procurement modules, including workflow configurations. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience working in matrixed and cross-functional environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 8 years of experience in ERP systems implementation, digital transformation, or finance systems leadership.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly in Finance and Procurement modules, including workflow configurations.
  • Demonstrated success in process optimization, systems integration, and solution design.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; experience working in matrixed and cross-functional environments.
