Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Supervisor, located in Metro Manila. The Digital Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, managing media planning, and leading project management efforts. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing marketing data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring effective communication of marketing initiatives. The role demands a proactive approach to optimize and drive the company\'s digital presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience in a similar Digital Marketing Role
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, with a strong understanding of current trends and best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of CRM databases, web analytics, platforms (e.g. Google Analytics), and Google ads.
  • Highly proficient in social media management across various platforms.
  • Proven background in content writing, with the ability to create engaging and effective digital content.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership abilities with experience guiding and motivating a team.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and the like
