Job Title: Senior Webflow Developer and Design

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of high-performance web pages in Webflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop cutting-edge, interactive, and animation-rich experiences that drive user engagement and reflect the brand's identity.
  • Oversight and evolution of the Webflow CMS architecture for dynamic content across multiple pages, blogs, case studies, and more.
  • Designing and maintaining integrations with third-party tools and platforms such as HubSpot and scheduling platforms.
  • Implementation of advanced forms, event tracking, automation logic, and performance optimizations.
  • Proactive identification and resolution of bugs, UX issues, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaboration with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive digital storytelling.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience building high-quality, custom Webflow sites.
  • Maintaining exceptionally high standards of visual polish, UX detail, and execution speed.
  • A strong portfolio featuring complex integrations, interactive elements, and polished animations.
  • Proven ability to make architectural decisions about when to use native features, Webflow logic, or custom code.
  • Deep familiarity with Webflow CMS structure, custom embeds, and developer-mode workflows.
  • Excellent communication and fast turnaround – proactive, not reactive.
