About the Role

We're looking for junior developers eager to grow their skills and build innovative digital systems. If you've dabbled in front-end or back-end development and are curious about no-code/low-code platforms, this is your chance to get hands-on with (front-end) and Xano (back-end).

You don't need prior experience with Bubble or Xano – just a willingness to learn, problem-solve, and experiment with new ways of building software.

What You'll Do

  • Work alongside senior developers to design, build, and launch new applications.
  • Learn how to develop back-end logic in Xano and build intuitive front-end interfaces in Bubble.
  • Help connect APIs, databases, and automation tools.
  • Contribute to real-world projects across finance, property, and digital platforms.
  • Write clean, maintainable code when required (JavaScript, Python, or similar experience is a plus).

What We're Looking For

  • Some experience with front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.) or back-end , Python, PHP, etc.) development.
  • A fast learner who enjoys picking up new tools and frameworks.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Interest in automation, SaaS products, or digital platforms.
  • Bonus points if you've tinkered with no-code/low-code tools before (Zapier, Airtable, Webflow, etc.), but not essential.
