Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled software developer to lead and deliver complex features, collaborate with our global team, and champion code quality and usability.

  • Assist the team in achieving quality goals and work towards gaining efficiency and predictability in effort estimation.
  • Participate in the hiring process and contribute to attracting and developing a stronger Front-End team across the global organization.
  • Advocate for code quality, reusability, and user experience within our platform.
  • Build a deep understanding of our core domain and contribute to domain-specific knowledge by engaging in design discussions.
  • Actively participate in cross-team collaboration across different departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • More than 5 years of proven software development experience.
  • Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong knowledge in Object-Oriented design with UML and SOLID Principles.
  • Experience leading joint analysis and design and bringing clarity in requirements and own end-to-end delivery scope, plan, and schedule.
  • Experience in test-driven development.
  • Experience writing unit tests and UI automation using Selenium/Playwright.
  • Proficiency in building scalable frontend applications with code quality, security, and performance.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Self-driven and responsible for end-to-end deliverables.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, SonarCloud, Terraform will be a plus.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers will be a plus.
  • Keep pace with the latest technologies and bring innovation to the team.
