Financial Reporting Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide financial reporting services for a portfolio of properties.
This involves maintaining accurate and detailed records, including balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and other supporting schedules.
Additionally, the Financial Reporting Specialist will work with external CPA firms and auditors to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in financial reporting or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
