Application Support Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our global service desk team as an Application Support Specialist. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients globally.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day product support to our client base, ensuring prompt resolution of operational, technical, and user-reported issues.
  • Track, follow up, and resolve issues through incident management, maintaining accurate records and updating knowledge base systems as needed.
  • Collaborate with client technical teams to address complex issues, escalating when necessary to senior management or technology teams.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of service level metrics, data analysis skills, and ITIL and Six Sigma certifications (if applicable).
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to use tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SVN, Putty, PowerBi, MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a solid attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Critical thinking, natural curiosity, and self-learning abilities, with excellent problem-solving skills.
