We are seeking an experienced Business Unit Leader to drive our Accounts team's success. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business growth, client relationships, and team development.


Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the achievement of short-term and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute plans to improve business performance, expand client relationships, and increase sales.
  • Promote the Agency's strategic goals and values, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration among team members.
  • Enhance interdepartmental cooperation and knowledge transfer, driving the Accounts team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, develop and implement strategies to grow existing campaigns, and attract and retain top talent for the company.
  • Support continuous learning and improvement by undertaking training and professional development initiatives, and developing the Accounts team to create and deliver high-quality campaigns.

Requirements
  • Professional maturity and ability to collaborate effectively with other departments, suppliers, and agencies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of finance, accounts management, operations, and sales, with expertise in people management, coaching, and leadership.
