This is an exciting opportunity to take your sales career to the next level by joining a dynamic team as a Sales Development Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in real estate sales and appointment setting, and proficiency with CRM systems.
Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective clients, scheduling appointments, following up with existing contacts, and maintaining relationships. They will also be responsible for posting content on social media platforms and executing follow-up email communications using provided templates.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and CRM system
- Schedule appointments and qualify leads through effective phone communication
- Follow up with existing contacts and maintain relationships
- Update and maintain CRM database with accurate client information
- Post content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Execute follow-up email communications using provided templates
- Track and document all client interactions in the CRM system
- Strong English communication skills, especially over the phone
- Experience in real estate sales/appointment setting
- Ability to handle objections and qualify leads
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Experience with social media posting and scheduling (content ready)
- Professional and pleasant personality
- Ability to work independently and follow processes
- Remote position
- Fixed schedule of 5 days per week
