Sales Development Professional

Our organization is seeking a Sales Development Professional to play a key role in expanding our business operations. This individual will be responsible for building relationships with oncologists, private hospitals, and channel partners to drive patient referrals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong working relationships with medical professionals to identify opportunities for new medications and refer patients who can benefit from such drugs at affordable prices.
  • Conduct outreach activities to warm and cold leads of oncologists, schedule sales meetings, and engage doctors to generate patient referrals.
  • Become the primary point of contact for patients and facilitate order placement and fulfillment in collaboration with colleagues based in Hong Kong.
  • Establish a network of other medical sales representatives to leverage their relationships and generate second-degree oncologist referrals.
Requirements:
  • 3-8 years' experience in oncology medical sales, preferably with global pharmaceutical companies.
  • Strong drive for success and adaptability in a new business model.
  • Ability to attract, activate, and engage with a network of other oncology med reps.
  • Capacity to work independently and maintain reliability.
  • Degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields.
