Job Position Overview:

The Rent Collector role is a vital component of our property management team.

Key responsibilities include tracking rent payments, following up on late payments, maintaining records of communications and payment arrangements, processing payments accurately, scheduling appointments for leasing, maintenance, inspections, and renewals, coordinating with property managers and tenants, preparing and sending rent reminders and notices, and generating reports on rent collection and delinquencies.
