Job Description

This role involves managing vendor payments, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and leveraging tools like QuickBooks Online and Rent Manager to maintain efficient accounts payable processes. Ensuring all invoices are correctly classified with the proper General Ledger account is crucial. Due dates must be met by sending reports to the CFO and making sure vendors are paid on time.

The incumbent will process and record accounts payable transactions in QuickBooks Online and Rent Manager, review and verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies. Vendor accounts must be reconciled and discrepancies resolved in a timely manner. Payment schedules must be coordinated and payments disbursed on time.

Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor payments and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Process and record accounts payable transactions in QuickBooks Online and Rent Manager.
  • Review and verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement of payments.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate has proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role, proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Rent Manager, and a strong understanding of accounts payable processes, financial regulations, and best practices.
