Digital Customer Representative Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will play a key role in supporting our customers across the globe by executing the digital transformation of the customer experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the digital customer experience for all assigned customers, performing day-to-day management and maintenance of digital tools, promoting process improvement, identifying opportunities for reducing repetitive tasks by streamlining using automation, monitoring the digital customer journey outcomes, owning communication in the customer success inbound queue, and deploying data-driven automated implementation and adoption activities.

About You

We are looking for someone with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience building one:many digital campaigns with efficient processes is essential. The ability to set correct expectations and manage issues to completion is also crucial. Additionally, we require strong team mentality, multitasking and prioritising tasks in a changing environment, and demonstrated ability to solve problems and seek solutions.

Requirements

  • College degree (Bachelor or equivalent)
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience building one:many digital campaigns with efficient processes
  • Capacity to set correct expectations and manage issues to completion
