Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pricing and Quotation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in developing quotes and proposals, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with account managers, customers, partners, suppliers, and internal/external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of extensive experience in pricing & quotation preferably in the same industry, with a background in ERP application (SAP, D365, etc.) and understanding of risk assessment. They should also possess advance skills on MS Excel and excellent analytical and communication skills.

In this role, you will be coordinating and developing customer-facing quotations, performing support and certainty quotations across new and existing support contracts, and investigating best practice quoting requirements on vendor tools to improve profit.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate paperwork and files for customers which relates to proposals, contracts, and correspondence in systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of extensive experience in pricing & quotation preferably in the same industry
  • Background in ERP application (SAP, D365, etc.)
  • Understanding of Risk Assessment
  • Advance skills on MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
