Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team in developing quotes/proposals
  • Assist organization in learning and understanding how to use pricing to help drive key strategic and tactical business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with account managers, customers, partners, suppliers, and internal/ external stakeholders
  • Establish and build high-level profitable relationships within intercompany organization to help sales to be successful from all fronts.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships to meet customer needs
  • Coordinate and develop customer facing quotations on any potential requirements by liaising with sales, managers, and customers
  • Perform support and certainty quotations across new and existing support contracts
  • Investigate best practice quoting requirements on vendor tools to improve profit.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and files for customers which relates to proposals, contracts, and correspondence in systems
  • Any other operational and administrative duties as required by the organization.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • With at least five (5) years of extensive experience in pricing & quotation preferably in the same industry
  • With background in ERP application (SAP, D365, etc.)
  • Has understanding on Risk Assessment
  • Advance skills on MS Excel
  • Process Oriented
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Willing to work in San Juan, Metro Manila (on site)
