Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Coordinator. This position involves working closely with customers and logistics partners to coordinate deliveries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Send order confirmations and thank-you emails to customers outlining delivery expectations
- Liaise with customers to provide clear, timely updates on furniture delivery timeframes
- Coordinate and create weekly logistics spreadsheets for interstate deliveries
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure efficient dispatch of orders
- Assist with pre-orders by tracking expected arrival times and scheduling deliveries accordingly
- Track, monitor and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules and customer interactions
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional customer emails
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and record keeping
- Comfortable using spreadsheets for delivery coordination
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
