- Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development: Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs tailored to the needs of our sales team. Create comprehensive curriculum materials, including e-learning modules, interactive workshops, and coaching sessions.
- Needs Assessment & Collaboration: Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps, assess training needs, and define clear learning objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training initiatives align with broader business goals.
- Implementation & Facilitation: Conduct onboarding and continuous development sessions for new and existing sales personnel. Utilize a variety of training methods and technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), to deliver content effectively.
- Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Measure training effectiveness through assessments, performance metrics, and feedback mechanisms. Analyze outcomes and refine programs to ensure they remain current, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to enhance individual performance and professional growth within the sales team.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate training records and prepare regular reports on training outcomes for senior management.
