
Account Relationship Manager

Unlocking the potential of clients is a key focus area for this role. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, analyzing their operations, and recommending solutions that meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Analyze client operations and provide actionable insights to inform dashboard solutions that drive business success.
- Deliver projects on time, lead training sessions, and support successful adoption of dashboards across various industries.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, driving satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within accounts, positioning the organization for future growth.
- Resolve client issues effectively, collaborating with internal teams to prevent recurrence and ensure seamless client experience.
- Monitor product usage, gather feedback, and share valuable insights with the product development team to inform future enhancements.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting (SaaS/analytics experience preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
