Unlocking the potential of clients is a key focus area for this role. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, analyzing their operations, and recommending solutions that meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Analyze client operations and provide actionable insights to inform dashboard solutions that drive business success.
  • Deliver projects on time, lead training sessions, and support successful adoption of dashboards across various industries.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, driving satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within accounts, positioning the organization for future growth.
  • Resolve client issues effectively, collaborating with internal teams to prevent recurrence and ensure seamless client experience.
  • Monitor product usage, gather feedback, and share valuable insights with the product development team to inform future enhancements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting (SaaS/analytics experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
