Language Interpreter Job

We are seeking a skilled Language Interpreter to provide high-quality interpretation services for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and simultaneous interpretation in English and Vietnamese during client meetings, conferences, and other events
  • Conduct research to ensure up-to-date knowledge of industry-specific terminology and jargon
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain high-quality translation materials
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese, with B2+ proficiency or higher
  • Ability to pass a language and interpreting skills assessment
  • Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or interpreting experience
  • Strong verbal communication, bilingual accuracy, and ethical decision making
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College education in a relevant field (e.g., linguistics, languages, communications)
  • Previous experience as an interpreter or translator in a professional setting
