As a seasoned program manager, you will be tasked with overseeing the completion of complex projects and programs. This will involve driving initiatives towards successful outcomes, aligned to business priorities.

Job Description
  • Manage multiple programs or large-scale projects independently, ensuring timely completion and meeting business objectives.
  • Leads teams in executing projects using various methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid.
  • Develops and executes comprehensive project plans, estimates, and scopes, ensuring seamless implementation and deployment.
  • Provides regular project status updates to stakeholders and team members.
  • Defines resource requirements and allocates resources effectively, both internally and externally.
  • Establishes budgets and tracks costs to ensure project delivery within budget.
  • Mentors teams in agile practices and facilitates Scrum ceremonies.
  • Manages relationships with business partners and stakeholders, ensuring project satisfaction.
  • Creates and tracks project artifacts for governance compliance.
  • Utilizes MS Project to manage project timelines and resources.
  • Leverages experience in managing production systems and hypercare processes.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
Required Skills
  • Professional certifications like PMP, Agile, and CSM are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of project life cycles and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to multitask and lead high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
