**Controller Position Overview:**

  • This is a strategic leadership role that oversees financial operations and provides executive-level insights to support business growth and decision-making.

We are seeking an experienced finance leader with a passion for driving business results and a deep understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis, with the ability to drive financial strategy and provide comprehensive financial statements and board-level presentations.

The responsibilities of this position include overseeing all aspects of financial operations, leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, preparing and presenting financial statements and management reports, developing and maintaining robust financial controls and policies, and providing strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and tax regulations, and identifying and mitigating financial risks across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • CPA certification strongly preferred
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
  • At least 3-5 years in a Controller or senior financial management role
