About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key responsibility in supporting the growth and success of our Solution Partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support to client Solution Partners, including responding to incoming questions and tickets
  • Manage and document client's Standard Operating Procedure for their Q2C and other systems/processes
  • Document feedback on escalations and issues that impact partner experience, to improve on these areas as a business
  • Support partners with operational queries on programs and platforms, guiding them to enablement content

About You

We're looking for someone who is a fast learner, confident in operating at scale, proactive in breaking down and de-risking issues and challenges, fluent in English with excellent communication skills, and productive and collaborative in a high-tech work environment.

This position reports to the Global Partner Escalation Desk Leader and works closely with Partner Managers and Partners. Our team is tasked with recruitment, enablement, and go-to-market with partners representing Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
