Client Service Technical Support Specialist

Job Description
CWT Beheermaatschappij B.V. Deutschland is seeking a Client Technology Representative I to provide entry-level technical support for applications and infrastructure services.Main Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to first level technical issues via phone calls and emails.
- Manage client inquiries and accurately document incidents via online case management tool.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose root cause and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Test solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
- Address client inquiries within set service level agreements.
- Elevate complex issues to 2nd level support.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support/Customer Service.
- Call/email handling experience is essential.
- Experience in handling travel accounts is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to develop skills for delivering IT support including business software applications.
- Effective questioning and active listening skills.
- Basic troubleshooting capability.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
