Client Success Specialist

Tyler Technologies provides information management solutions and services for local governments. As a Client Success Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting clients with their ERP Pro School Suite.
Primary Objectives- Understand client requirements, current statuses and updates on issues.
- Liaise with internal teams to provide timely support to clients.
- Analyze client temperaments and preferences to tailor our approach.
- Establish regular communication channels with clients to address concerns and deliver solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Software Support Director for seamless communication.
- Stay up-to-date on product roadmaps and features to better serve clients.
- Document operational best practices for clients.
- Represent Tyler Technologies in a professional and positive manner.
- A related degree or equivalent experience; 2-4 years of customer service/success experience.
- Strong planning, organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Self-motivated, proactive and flexible.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
