Job Opportunity:

As a skilled Virtual Assistant with Adobe Photoshop Experience, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and high-quality production files for products like murals, wallpapers, and other custom apparel. Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and advanced proficiency in file preparation, color management, and layout principles will be essential for customizing products and preparing files to meet precise customer and print production specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & File Preparation: Create and optimize digital files for various output methods, ensuring they meet production standards.
  • Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Color & Pre-press: Implement precise color management and perform pre-press checks for flawless reproduction.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks on all designs to correct errors.
  • Workflow Collaboration: Work seamlessly with designers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
  • Layout & Typesetting: Adjust layouts and typesetting for various designs, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Line of Business (LOB):
  • Provide virtual assistance with a focus on digital asset production, specializing in creative backend tasks such as file preparation, color management, layout adjustment, quality control, and asset management.
  • Focus Areas:
    • Optimizing files for print and digital output.
    • Ensuring color accuracy and consistency across media.
    • Collaborating on workflow for timely asset delivery.
Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong knowledge of file preparation, color management, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in preparing digital assets for print and digital output.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for consistency and error detection.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical design and file preparation issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills for effective team interaction.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
