We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Digital Asset Coordinator. As a key member of our team, this individual will play a vital part in maintaining and organizing our vast collection of visual assets.

About the Role

The Digital Asset Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining a comprehensive visual assets management system, ensuring easy retrieval and usage of assets across all departments.

  • Develop and implement effective systems for categorization, naming, and filesize of visual assets to streamline search and retrieval processes.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to identify new visual assets needs and ensure that all newly acquired assets have the appropriate copyright release and usage rights.
  • Provide training and support to staff members on how to access and use visual assets appropriately.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Library Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with digital asset management software and tools.
