
High Value Sales Representative

This is an entry-level role for motivated self-starters who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to launch a career in sales. We are seeking highly driven individuals to join our team as Account Prospecting Representatives and help drive growth for a leading Business Process Outsourcing company.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to high-value prospects.
- Sales Outreach: Make introductory calls and clearly communicate the value of our services to potential clients.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our executive team.
- CRM Management: Log all interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to refine targeting strategies.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives around our services to engage and convert prospects.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
- Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
- A customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism.
- Team-oriented with a desire to grow and succeed.
