
Driving Sales Growth Representative

We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to fill our Business Development Representative (BDR) position.
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth through strategic outreach and lead qualification.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect potential clients via cold calls, emails, social media, and networking to identify and engage with qualified leads.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and providing the necessary information to move them through the sales funnel.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to pass along qualified leads and assist with follow-up communication.
- Track all interactions with prospects in our CRM system for accurate reporting and follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for calls made, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and development to refine techniques and improve results.
