Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through professional and personalized interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and effective communication with clients across all social media platforms, responding to inquiries and booking appointments with ease.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to manage and nurture potential clients, focusing on upselling and driving additional sales.
  • Track, measure, and analyze customer interactions to optimize performance and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and market trends, specifically in the beauty and skin industry.
  • Ensure systematic storage of client files within Google Drive, adhering to proper permissions and data security standards.
  • Assist the Team Leader in preparing presentation materials and effectively communicating ideas to internal teams and clients as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in inbound/outbound sales calls and customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible mindset.
  • Familiarity with social media tools and digital collaboration platforms, such as ClickUp and Pancake.ph, is highly valued.
  • Demonstrate dedication to customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall customer experience.
