Job Description:

This role involves assisting the Labor Relations Manager in handling administrative and labor cases, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.

We offer a competitive salary of PHP 60,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct administrative investigations and hearings
  • Draft and send out notices and memorandums to erring employees
  • Monitor and document pending administrative and labor cases
  • Represent the company in SENA, DOLE, and NLRC proceedings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in labor relations or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
