ServiceNow Portal Designer and Developer

We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as ServiceNow Portal Designers and Developers. This role emphasizes strong front-end development skills but is not limited to UI/UX work.

You will be responsible for designing and developing custom ServiceNow Service Portal pages and widgets from scratch, building intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.

Candidates should have a strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, and Bootstrap, experience building responsive web pages and interactive UI components, and the ability to translate mockups and wireframes into high-quality, accessible, and responsive code.

Additionally, we welcome individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and willing to participate in backend ServiceNow development, including scripting (Glide, Business Rules, Client Scripts), data model configuration, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom ServiceNow Service Portal pages and widgets from scratch.
  • Build intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
  • Collaborate with platform developers and stakeholders to integrate the portal with workflows, APIs, and backend data sources.
  • Customize the look and feel of the portal to align with branding and user experience standards.
  • Participate in backend ServiceNow development, including scripting (Glide, Business Rules, Client Scripts), data model configuration, and integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in front-end or full-stack web development.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
  • Experience building responsive web pages and interactive UI components.
  • Ability to translate mockups and wireframes into high-quality, accessible, and responsive code.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and user-centered design approaches.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in ServiceNow development.
