Job Overview:

The Retention Marketing Manager spearheads the development and execution of comprehensive email marketing strategies, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive impactful results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement sophisticated email marketing automation initiatives tailored to client needs and customer insights, leveraging data-driven approaches for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor, measure, and refine campaign performance in real-time, guaranteeing error-free launches and continuous enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with Graphic Design, Copywriting, and Project Management teams to deliver on-brand projects that meet tight deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Analyze and report on key email KPIs, campaign outcomes, and competitor activity to inform strategic recommendations and optimize future campaigns.
  • Leverage strong communication skills to maintain open dialogue with clients through regular calls and presentations, ensuring alignment between business objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Lead a small team (3–5 direct reports), providing coaching, onboarding, and training to new hires, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Maintain and enhance internal knowledge resources and service offerings by refining processes and updating training materials.
