As a key member of our organization, you will lead our virtual marketing engine end-to-end, empowering students to build confidence, thrive, and succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all marketing activities, campaigns, and reporting for maximum impact
  • Manage external partners, including SEO agencies, content writers, and vendors
  • Develop and implement paid campaigns on social media platforms to drive engagement
  • Design and deploy segmented email campaigns through HubSpot to nurture leads
  • Implement workflows for sales automation and lead nurturing
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategy
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in-house
  • Proficiency with HubSpot for marketing and sales automation
  • Experience managing external vendors and freelancers
  • Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, and email campaigns
  • Data-driven approach with comfort in KPIs and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
