Our team is looking for a seasoned professional to take on the role of Cloud Marketing Strategist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and business success through the strategic use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud who can provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to clients. You will work closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to design, implement, and optimise marketing automation strategies that deliver meaningful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Conduct data gathering to define, and document business requirements and work closely with the Solution lead designer in mapping solutions per requirement.
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.
  • Provide input to projects estimate specific to a declarative part of system design.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and strategy.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications required including but not limited to Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator.
  • Proficiency with Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders, especially Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
