Job Overview

This position leads the talent attraction strategy and team in North America, aligning work hours with the US/Canada workforce.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the talent acquisition team to identify upcoming hiring needs and maintain a deep understanding of applicant flow requirements.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing plan to optimize budget and maximize applicant yield.
  • Use data insights to evaluate marketing programs and improve return on investment.
  • Manage relationships with vendors for job boards, media channels, collateral providers, community partners, job fairs, and staffing agencies.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams for accuracy and timeliness in departmental marketing budgets, reporting, and accounting practices.
  • Project manage the creation of marketing materials by establishing deadlines, approving creative concepts, and holding vendors accountable for delivery.
  • Lead, coach, train, and develop talent acquisition marketing staff while contributing to team results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative ideas for attracting top talent.
  • Ability to manage a remote team with results-oriented work and occasional on-site presence.
  • Proven problem-solving, data-driven critical thinking, and budget management skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and using advanced Excel.
