About the Position

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring open roles are filled in line with business objectives, engaging in outreach and screening processes to attract top candidates, and improving onboarding, retention, and engagement processes to support team growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting high-caliber talent to meet business needs

• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to improve candidate quality and reduce time-to-hire

• Managing job postings and maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide personalized support

• Analyzing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
