This position is a fantastic opportunity to work in the field of quality assurance, monitoring and evaluating customer interactions.
About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to provide objective evaluations of customer interactions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all customer interactions meet the highest standards of quality. This will involve monitoring and evaluating calls, emails and chats to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure they meet quality standards
- Provide objective feedback to agents on their performance
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these issues
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with other teams to implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate records of quality metrics and provide regular reporting
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, communications or psychology
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
