Quality Assurance Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong analytical and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for conducting QA evaluations to ensure high-quality service delivery. This involves assessing customer interactions, using defined QA guidelines to evaluate performance and identify issues, and maintaining timely and organized documentation of evaluated samples and findings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality assurance evaluations of customer interactions (calls, chats, tickets, etc.).
  • Use defined QA guidelines to assess performance and tag issues.
  • Maintain timely and organized documentation of evaluated samples and findings.
  • Support the QA team in generating weekly summaries and trend analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any recurring issues or gaps identified through evaluations.
  • Assist in minor reporting tasks and preparing evaluation data as needed.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months to 1 year experience in quality assurance, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in evaluation work.
  • Comfortable working with structured scorecards and documentation guidelines.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and other basic reporting tools.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work full-time on this project.
